Why?

Since the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989, the Russian economy has been integrating with the rest of the world.

The Russian legal system has made great leaps forward: there is a fairly stable tax system and various globally recognized concepts have been introduced into Russian corporate and contract law. But not a lot is crystallized yet and Russian and foreign businesses alike still seek to compensate for the “lack of track record” of the Russian legal system in another jurisdiction.

Our clients are foreign investors who enter Russia through the Netherlands. Our experience helps our clients in setting up the right structure from the start, avoiding tax inefficiencies. In the implementation, it is very useful to have offices in both countries – we effectively take all the “paperwork” out of your hands.

C-Corp provides temporary and permanent management services.

If you set up a Russian company, a Russian resident director must be appointed. A suitable candidate may not be available yet: there has not been sufficient interaction with the Russian team to be able to confidently appoint a candidate and a foreigner needs a work permit first. A newly registered Russian company is by no means dormant and by managing the company during  this first period we give the Russian operation a jumpstart.
